The "Cabela's Gift Card and $100 Backpacker's Pantry food Sweepstakes" is sponsored by American Outdoor Products. This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Winners cannot be an employee of American Outdoor Products or related to an American Outdoor Products employee.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes Period begins on August 1st, 2017 at 12:00 AM Mountain Standard Time and will go through August 31, 2017 at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time. There will be one drawing at the end of the sweepstakes Period with the winner being contacted on September 1, 2017. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to internet or other technology issues. All entries (submissions) must be received during the above listed Sweepstakes period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

You must enter the Sweepstakes through the online Backpacker's Pantry sweepstakes page (http://lp.backpackerspantry,com/2017-sweepstakes/cabelas-sweepstakes). Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form to participate in the Sweepstakes. After submitting the required information on the entry form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entry and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of this promotion. No mail-in entries will be accepted. You may only enter once.

WINNER SELECTION

All timely eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered into the drawings outlined below. An entry is considered timely if received by the Sponsor before the actual drawing occurs.

Drawings will occur on or about:

September 1, 2017

One winner will be chosen at random in each drawing. The winners will be announced the day of the drawing during the Sweepstakes Period. Notification and instructions for redeeming the prize will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the potential prize winner's entry form. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within five (5) days after the notification, using the contact information provided at the time of entry that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. If any prize is forfeited, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to another randomly drawn eligible entry. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner will be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified.

All timely eligible entries not selected in a drawing will remain eligible to be drawn at any subsequent drawing up through the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE:

A $150 Cabela’s Gift Card and $100 in Backpacker’s Pantry products. (Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $250.00). Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of the prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. SPONSOR WILL REPORT THE AWARDED PRIZE AS TAXABLE INCOME IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE REGULATIONS.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and each of their respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner, or the distribution of the prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, BACKPACKER'S PANTRY SWEEPSTAKES PAGE, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.

By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
